Dear friends:
All our products will be send on regular workdays between 10 am and 05 pm.
When your order is checked-in you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track your order.
Returning your goods:
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 calander days of receiving the product(s). You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused.
Meaning all original price labels, tags and packaging must be on the product when sending back to Rauw. After receiving returned products Rauw Store will check the product all these point. All products without any of the above details will not be accepted back by us.
NOTE: product that are tampered with or used/worn with tags still on will not be taken back and returned with a bill for the shipping costs.
All return shipment are not covert and you will be charged for every shipment send by you with our return-portal.
Please use our return-portal correctly and please take a moment and think before you send the item(s) back. Mother nature is counting on you!
